Can't help by being generic in stating that the arts faculty is trying to create a useful industry for their scholars to move into.

A space , about nothing really and turning it into an industry and commercializing their "skills "

Critical theory professional consultants, advising business/ government departments on culture and brand .

They have already seeped in to administrative roles outside of their skill set, and are attempting to reshape foreign fields in their own ideological image. It is doomed to fail and will create a LOT of damage along the way.

No, they were put together my Malcolm McLaren (manager), along with Steve Jones (guitarist) & Paul Cook (drummer)..............they added Glen Matlock (bass) and then sought out singers and came across John Lydon in McLaren's shop. The Sex Pistols were born.

They actually ripped off the record industry.

However, there's no doubting the effect they had musically, and the inspiration that spawned from their emergence.

Pretty amazing for a band that only brought out one record, and it's a very good rock n roll record.
