LOL. Turn it up Ferbs.
That former redneck Maori Kiwi pollie Winston Peters made the claim at an ASEAN conferance nearly 20 years and said it was based on DNA evidence, even cited the specific location and tribal group. Its well known that all Polynesian people have DNA from Taiwanese people in them.

Thinking about how far people traveled from the southwest pacific to Easter island thousands of miles away, it is not unthinkable at all.

I’m not saying they don’t, I’m just saying it’s irrelevant.

Geez you’ve opened a geopolitical can of worms there, Taiwanese would say they’re defiantly not Chinese and they would also steer clear of Huawei..
Stabbing their ancestors in the back so to speak.

My work has this really annoying thing where it oscillates between driving me to the verge of a mental breakdown with stress and causing me to rip my hair out with boredom. In the latter stage rn.
Do you have an outlet beyond footy?

Interesting situation despite that. What happens to whatever is left of the ANZUS treaty?
ANZUS only promises to consult in the event of attack, including cyber (2011 change). It acts a formal basis for the alliance, but there are features that will keep the Aus-US alliance going.

There are other ties that bind in Australia’s case, including a shared military history, UKUSA, defence procurement and joint military exercises. I would argue that defence procurement is one of the most important.

What’s the ANZUS treaty?
Long or short story?

Basically a treaty signed in 1951 that formalised the promise to consult in the event of an attack on a member state, which includes Australia, NZ and the US. Acts as a formalised foundational point for the alliance, plus dialogue, joint meetings, etc.

I thought you guys were saying ANUS[emoji24]

Guess I'm gonna have to get used to seeing victory lose 7-0 every week, because I can't watch spurs anymore after such an appalling choice.
But Ryan Mason taking over as caretaker  Almost dying on the pitch and forced to retire at 26 to managing his boyhood club, however briefly, at 29.

A rare positive and heart-warming story in 48 hours of absolute shit.

It was literally sunny when I was training and I was sweating now it’s so fking cold and I didn’t bring pants🤬

The jury has started to deliberate the Chauvin case today. (Can’t see how they’ve found an unbiased jury tbh) No way he gets off and the pressure on the judge must be massive. America must be edgy af. If he gets anything close to what is perceived as a light sentence, the people will rip the place apart.

There is a photo of him putting his full body weight on Floyd's neck. No way he gets a light sentence for that.

After all the riots, there’s a lot of people who lost the lot, and support the coppers, so depending on the jurors this could be like a reverse Rodney King situation.. giving the big fu to the rioters.
it’s why Maxine Waters and the like are getting involved. Adding a voice early.

flicking matches at a powder keg is the only way to describe it.

Yeah it’s gross. The prick was kneeling on him rocking back and forth and he picks rocks out of the tire of the car. I believe he should get the maximum sentence.

I was just looking at it more from the angle of what the fallout will be. The riots after the trial of the Rodney King cops were bad but this has the potential to be way worse.
