It is mostly for short ranged stuff and artillery shells. Try David's Sling being co-developed with Raytheon for the slightly bigger ballistic stuff.
Hezbollah wouldn't fight a conventional war anyway. It would be primarily asymmetrical warfare that renders most conventional technologies useless.
Disagree, knowingly, computer speed was never the problem, it was always gaining enough sensor data for the trajectories.
You’ve seen it in action now.
Definitely one aspect of their strategy, whether it be counterattack or an opening salvo for whatever reason. Especially if they deploy decoys and other countermeasures to 'overwhelm'. Getting Israel in a lengthy ground war and inflicting casualties is the best way for Hezbollah to get what they want. Experience is useful, but Russian weapon systems can be a bit hit and miss in terms of quality (i.e. fifth-generation fighter jets).Any serious Israel attack on Hezbollah in Lebanon would result in a rocket barrage that would seriously damage Israeli cities.
The Israelis couldn't beat them in 06 when they went in, and Hezbollah are x degrees bigger, better armed and crucially, battle hardened from fighting in Syria and learning off the Russians.
There's a reason Israel does so much stand off interdiction of Iranian rockets going to southern Lebabon. Because it knows once they get there, there's nothing they can do about it.

It is rapidly gathering, collating, integrating and disseminating multiple types of (sensor) data from every single military platform to every single officer in the command chain (across the government, army, navy and air force) to make a timely decision. Then there are decoys and missile types, speed, stealth, etc.Disagree, knowingly, computer speed was never the problem, it was always gaining enough sensor data for the trajectories.

I think you’re over estimating Hezbollah capabilities here, they’ll never get into a ground offensive with Israel..Well, possibly in theory, but not what the Israelis can for Iron Dome or David's Sling.
That sh*t is as much for domestic consumption as anything else.
Sure it can get the glorified firecrackers going from Gaza which would be recognisable to Red Army rocket regiments in 1944.
The properly coordinated swarm attacks using a variety of advanced projectiles Hezbvollah would launch?
Naaaah
No he wasnt a campaigner, he was a murderous piece of shit, as was his son.Saddam was a campaigner.
That I agree with. Our allegiance with the US is fair, but its also involved us in wars that we had nothing to do with. Korea, Vietnam and the Gulf. England pulled out of Vietnam because they had the state of mind to realise that you don't involve yourself in something that isn't any of your business. I don't disagree with our friendship, or allegiance with the US, but I do disagree with us being at their beckon call everytime they decide to have a blue with another country. And its always financially driven. But that doesn't justify what happened in that invasion and occupation we were part of.
All based off Ethernet ptp.. the collection of data can be automated, as it all in real time as if serial. It is rapidly gathering, collating, integrating and disseminating multiple types of (sensor) data from every single military platform to every single officer in the command chain (across the government, army, navy and air force) to make a timely decision. There is a lot of technology to integrate and it is expensive. C4ISR is crucial in this respect, as is the American domination in systems integration.
You should see all the issues it caused for the F-35 rollout. All based off Ethernet ptp.. the collection of data can be automated, as it all in real time as if serial.
The problem with military roll outs is classification, they’re so insular..You should see all the issues it caused for the F-35 rollout.
Yeah Bernie is Jewish.Israel are really ******* awful and they have their sympathises in high positions in every power player in the west.
What happens to the families of this apartheid committing government evicted? Do they just lose everything? Edit - I just read it again, they’re being forced to pay $20,000 each. Wtf?
That last post by Bernie is exactly the sort of thing why the Democrats block. Isn’t he Jewish too?

Yeah Bernie is Jewish.
I saw a tweet earlier which mentioned something about Israel losing support from Jewish Americans but gaining support from Evangelicals. I'll post if I find it.
If Israel rebuilds the Temple of the Mount where Al Aqsa Mosque is that will trigger armageddon, the end times and the rapture. At least according to evangelicals.Evangelicals are all about the rapture and Israel ties into that so I’m not really surprised...well I am because of the level of stupidity.

Twenty years ago in Texas an evangelical cattle millionaire was trying to breed the fabled Red Heiffer needed for the sacrifice to re-open the Temple. Ever since others have been doing the same.

I sort of envy those simple people. Never having to really think about things because it’s all gods will etc. be so nice to believe that.
Indeed they wouldn't, they've always been a defensive organisation and now Israel won't attack them because the IDF knows that Hezbollah's rocket armoury will overwhelm Iron Dome.
Is why Hezbollah was confident enough to send its best units for extended tours of Syria.
Theoretically leaves Hezbollah deeply vulnerable - it was their commando units that fought the IDF to a bloody enough standstill in 06 that the war became a stalemate.
But the Israelis know their rockets can be deployed so quickly and effectively that even a lightning strike attack would still guarantee massive and politically unacceptable destruction and death in Israeli cities.
This spells it out quite nicely:

How Iran and Hezbollah trapped Israel into staring down 150,000 rockets on its border that it can only counter at a terrible cost
"It's a nice trap... and I am afraid our leadership spent the last 30 years just blindly walking into it," one former IDF official told Insider.www.businessinsider.com.au
My dear boy, welcome to the factionalism and militias of Lebanon. It also has a state military containing the usual three services. That is interesting.
Help my out please. It reads like Hezbollah is the Lebanese army, but that can’t be right because they’re all about Islamic Nationalism. I’ve got to know a bloke recently who spent years in the Lebanese army but he’s Christian. Would that be a different army?
