Do Sky news know about this ?

They’d be chomping at the bit to go with it. The fact there’s no story speaks for itself.

The reason I brought it up was because of the previous conversation about people getting sucked into rubbish on social media. The same people I wrote about in that conversation are the ones sending me this stuff in a kind of like “see I told ya” type way

Tongue in cheek Val but imagine the laughs if they did run with it. Could picture Credlin or Bolt with a most serious face as they blurted out this rubbish.

At least make the story believable, Dan strikes me as someone who’d get a bit loose after a sesh on the nose beers…
not a fall down drunk kinda guy.

Considering his wife did a story for the Hun today I’d say it’s bullshit.

I wouldn't place a lot of faith in stuff like that.

I don't buy the story, because it requires better evidence.

Interestingly, the ABC normally steam rolls all over crap like this once it gets a mere sniff, and they have been suspiciously quiet.

Over to you Louise Milligan! :D

Been really focusing on my fitness since the last lockdown and since my knee reco.

Hit a PB just yesterday of a 24:30 5km run, and then in my sprint work got my 20m down to a tick over 3.19 seconds. I still really struggle some days - if there's no humidity in the air my lungs burn really quickly. Forgot how good cardio work can be.

The people spreading the rumours said his wife and kids don’t want anything to do with him. If that were true his wife wouldn’t publicly support him.

Yes, well.............there's other "distant" political marriages that survive the final goodbye, for the benefits of public perception.

I have barely got off my arse in a week. :D

My old man just called and hit me with a couple of variants from the rumour mill, both ended up with Daniel feeling NQR. Ah well, we all know what Ned said.

I went through a real sloppy patch for a few years when I did my knee, started commuting to the CBD for work, and stopped competing in powerlifting. Reckon I lost a few kegs of muscle and put more than a few kegs of fat on. Really clamped down on my diet, treated it as comp prep, and I'm the leanest I've been since my peak.

Working from home has given me a fair bit of time back and I'm determined to make the most of it. I also know that if I don't get back on a footy field in the next few years I probably never will, so that's extra motivation.

Putting a concerted effort into cardio has been the big difference. When I gave up various sports I really neglected it. Even when I was pretty lean and strong I used to vomit after a kilometre or two. I also have a newfound respect for rugby players. They carry a tonne of mass and yet can still run pretty damn well.

Elite!!! Keep up the good work

Conditioning work is so hard to do alone, you have to have a strong mindset but it grows you as a person to be more resilient.

Unpopular opinions but prawn and avocado sushi is the best option

Definitely. Got a few mates who are boxers so we compete a bit with each other on Strava which helps. Sprint work is much harder to create social accountability though.

That’s good! Competition creates motivation

Oh god yes sprints, I always think of it as “how good will I feel after” and how regretful I would feel if I didn’t complete all of it. I did feel regretful yesterday as I didn’t complete all my sprints because I got really tight in my glute.

Over 20 soldiers v one journalist clearly wearing a 'Press' vest.

The daily struggle.

Turns out she ended up in hospital with a broken arm. For reporting on the theft of peoples homes.

I have started lending money to facilitate transactions/liquidity.

They pay ridiculous interest rates.

I will look at doing this coin with a Binance cross.

I’m actually setting up a de fi ‘consultancy’ to help people do this full time. Anyone earning more than the below paid weekly?
