There is a Jimmy Dore vid upthread where a small business owner says that months ago, or when the second spike started the government should have given everyone or every household in the US $20,000 and told them to go home for two months and shut the country down. Or at least shut it down as much as possible. He says this in the context of the CARES Act that Val is so unhappy with Sanders about. Cos the money that went to all them rich campaigners could have covered that.

It may not be that simple to achieve but its a very good point anyway and if they had aimed in that direction instead of doing the usual American thing things may have been better over there right now.

If he wanted to be president he had to call them out on what they were doing to him. He wasn’t strong enough to do that so he’s too weak to be president anyway. He never would have made a difference because at the end of the day he’s just another company man politician. He showed that he’s all about protecting the DNC’s interests, and that wouldn’t have changed once he became president. He needed to attack Biden and the DNC, he probably would have won, but he wasn’t ruthless enough to do that. He doesn’t deserve to be president....neither does Biden but he had the DNC behind him.
