Will be in touch as lots of info I might really need your help and/or guidance on.

I haven't bought yet but if not this one something similar. Lots on the market but farming not really my intention just residential atm.
you will need to manage the pastures or the neighbors will run you out of town if you end up with thistles, blackberries or even worse ragwort popping up all over the place. beefies are prolly the easiest. firstly get quad or a cheap farm ute and then build some small yards with a crush and a ramp if not already there an your petty much on your way.

No mate nothing official yet! Just the price.

I haven't even been there yet but know the area ; )
Without giving too much away, which general area is it? North, South, East or West of Hobart? Plenty of great options in that part of the world.

I preferred when it had that seedy edge to it. Ah well.

Nappy Ollington's last two up games were held a few blocks north of there.

The early openers at the Vic Market were always an adventure too.

North of Hobart. I'll PM you. Thanks I agree.

East is too expensive (for me) and West I don't like as much.

It's cold enough in Hobart without Southern fog in Huonville area!!

Just had a peek at north hobart area, i like the look of bagdad, small, a few wineries and a little 9 hole course, and you could tell people your from bagdad.

you would have to avoid Campania, to many campagners one would suspect.
EDIT, stuff richmond as well.

east of hobart you would be wanting a boat ?

Depends on where. Can do a boat in Hobart in many spots without needing to go East.

The whole city is on water.....most in the country.

actually forgot about the camera stores, bought my first digital camera in one of them shops, 3x zoom kodak 1,2mp for about 600 bucks, sheesh ;-( and it got stolen in thailand at koh samui. would have been 1999 as i took it to the carabean tour test series.

The best known store being Michael’s. Robin Michael was once a client of mine and after one visit he took me to the top floor where they have a camera museum. Not just a collection of cameras through the years but famous cameras, with the centrepiece being the camera Neil Armstrong used on the moon. Amazing stuff and security akin to Fort Knox.

I have the copyright lawyers on this right now.
