Didn’t they basically work out that it was someone who’d been trained in cryptography and linked to the Naval Radiological Defense Laboratory or Hunter's Point in SanFran.
As there was only a handful of likely suspects and at the height of the Cold War, I believe stonewalled is the correct term.

If he wanted to be president he had to call them out on what they were doing to him. He wasn’t strong enough to do that so he’s too weak to be president anyway. He never would have made a difference because at the end of the day he’s just another company man politician. He showed that he’s all about protecting the DNC’s interests, and that wouldn’t have changed once he became president. He needed to attack Biden and the DNC, he probably would have won, but he wasn’t ruthless enough to do that. He doesn’t deserve to be president....neither does Biden but he had the DNC behind him.

Just another forgotten man in history. Too weak to go down swinging.

So I watched this last night, very well made. My takeaway was when coming out of a trench you do not run as you could stab yourself with a bayonet. You walk calmly to your death.
19,000 dead in one day, an absolute disgrace. hard to watch in part.

I also think the criticism of Harris from the left has been ridiculously unfair given her IR record and even some of the consumer matters she ran as prosecutor. I suspect the appointment of Harris went a long way to pacifying Bernie.
