People just lack discipline. We live in a strange time where poor people are fat because we have an oversupply of food but heather food is more expensive. Very strange

I love reading the beat up on Historians.
The same people are probably those that then sit around and think Bridgaton is historical fact
People just lack discipline.
Nah this will do...See, now you've lost it.
You made a smartarse comment, it came back over the net with interest, and then you switched straight in to overblown lame cliche mode.
Now it's time for you to make another cliched virtue signalling statement backed up by the delusion that you speak on behalf of every other human being in existence.
Weight/size is now a cultural marker in our society like it has always been.
Except it used to be that being bigger was a mark of status. Now it is mark of being lower class.
US movies and prestige TV use this visual shorthand all the time.
Corrections. Was this the cornerstone of your PhD?
What completely unrelated tax payer funded career did this land you?
Yep, completely.
The destruction of Muslim centres of learning like Baghdad by the Mongols probably worse.
In actual fact it’s worse and is either a mixture of low quality high fat foods or over compensation with junk food for the poor quality of life that exists elsewhere; kind of like a “sugar fix” from the misery of everyday life. I have seen it with Foxtel subscriptions, smokes etc when there could be “better things” worth spending on. Generational poverty...a sad cycle of existence. If a family is on the poverty line and they have to chose between a pack of 10 schnitzels for $10 made from fat and scraps or a couple of chicken breasts for the same amount it’s sort of tough. There’s heaps of examples like that. Mince is another. Or even choosing between cage eggs and eggs from somewhere the chickens have a half decent life, whilst not a health choice someone living on the poverty line can’t afford to make an ethical choice.
Corrections.
Its good to be interacting with you again.
I'd rather require an exam for entry into a corrections facility than the alternative route.LOL, I'm sure the entrance exam was a significant challenge.
Everything that is too good to be true popsWhy does it have to pop?

Very hard to break out. Same as people who come from crime families. They call that the crooked ladder. Gladwell did a good episode of climbing the crooked ladder.
It’s kind of true though. Sure it’s a generalisation but it is what it is.
