You're the one who repeats word for word tabloid columnists.

I have a workmate that pretty much took all his political cues from /pol/ that used it a fair bit.Yeah, it is common in the written form among right wing propagandists employed by billionaires to foment cleavage among ordinary people so we don't actually organise to tax them properly.
Poor old Tef a perfect example of the kind of simple soul tricked by this devious sh*t.
But in actual conversation, like has anyone ever HEARD anyone use it?
Or does it just live on the page for right wingers?

I did half of one in a year (criminology), but that's only because they limited the coursework, so I gave it up out of boredom.
I think I learned about 4 things in that entire year.

Another aspect is the unwarranted feeling of ‘shame’. When I was getting treated for OCD, my psychologist mentioned that many rape victims felt ashamed that they couldn’t do anything about it. They felt helpless and that they will never recover any pride, trust or self-confidence again. From what I understand, this is one of the big reasons why so many assaults go unreported or victims can't continue after an initial complaint. It's effectively reliving the trauma over and over again.
