They appear to be a credible sopurce of information when it suits you.

BUT I can understand why they wouldn’t want to let a violent lunatic into the building.

How could they have known this until they attempted to stop him getting in to the building? Is this another blind assumption?

To play your game, how do you know that the journalists didn’t contact them prior to running the story for a chance to comment and they declined?

I don't, but logic tells me that's it's kind of pointless for them to then show up at the studios.

Did a quick Google search, found the pictures of him with Cottrell, saw the lads group, saw that they reached out to the Christchurch shooter and let’s not forget he was calling the security guard a monkey before beating him. Ticks a lot of boxes.

He went to Channel 9 yesterday afternoon BEFORE they ran the story. He went there to either try and stop them, or to demand they interview him or some other such nonsense.

Tom Sewell (known neo nazi, and focal point of discussion) bashed a security guard.

Again its a generalisation, a throw away line and as you stated earlier modus operandis of "tabloid" style TV shows and printed press agencies, They pretty much to drum up faux rage and discussion that boosts circulation or ratings depending on the media, Facebooks algorithms also have been optimised to boost these types of posts for the same reason, to engage input and more input means more traffic and more exposure to advertising.

its hardly anything new and there was even a parody called frontline that ran for 3 or 4 seasons based on the methods used by said tabloids. The main reason i responded to your post ( also you posted a meme with the words "anyone" emblazed along the bottom) was that i was genuinely surprised you saw that as anything out of the established norm.

Personally if i was reporting the story it would have been along the lines of "bloke who had gegative story published against him rocks up to the media outlet and punches out a security guard"

Whether it is implies that he is a member of any group is immaterial as faw as the actual account of events goes in immaterial IMO.

And the discussion on if he is a coward or anything else reminds me of the typical response the tabloids roll out when an old lady gets mugged in her home with references like "careless" and "cruel assailants", I mean really what do they expect from these sort of lowlives? do they reckon they are gonna rock up to said victims house with a freshly baked cake and a bouquet of flowers asking nicely if they could "borrow" her antique jewellery for the afternoon.

i would have thought that having an arc welder able to stike an arc would be the primary fucntion of its condition? after all a welder that wont weld by definition isnt actually a welder?

You're giving the guy too much credit. These guys are well known to be very open with their beliefs online- its what gets them attention, and builds their numbers.
