not all monuments/statues are a source of pride.. they are incredible important when taught within historical context.

Only horse that I’ve thrown tickets away twice (and collected).

There was a beer in the 90’s much worse called Fosters Special bitter which not only tasted bad but in some blokes caused the trots, me included

Today Great Northern would be an easy tasting beer to start on but it has to be icy

I enjoy a beer but I really struggle to drink Furphy........flavour no good for me so yes try an easier starting point!

Many people do, it's pretty popular. But I understand I Sach experience - I'm a Little Creatures Pale fan myself

Carlton Dry is a good starter.

Furphy does have quite a bitter hopping profile and being an ale a more full bodied malt profile. Calton dry along with outback jack or whsever ot is called and great northern are dextrose ( corn suger) dominated beers, all be it carlton cold has a more dominant hop profile due to CUBs general adherance to their regestered hop superpride. (Which is derived from "pride of ringwood" which has an expired patent now. Personally i like the late hopped styles or darks the best all tbough a lovely Czech pilsen such as staraprama, gambrinus or budvar are hard to go past on a hot afternoon.
