It's interesting, but very annoyingly written.

AKs are cheap and easily available and most likely untraceable.IMO There’s no decent argument for a citizen owning a machine gun. I spose they’ll just have to live with a random shooting as many people as possible because no governments going to be able to take their assault rifles off them.
Just as a side thought, it’s strange that all the mass shooters use the AR15 and the gangsters use AK with a modified clip
Civilian AR-15s are not full auto. They are semi automatic weapons. Tho that probably makes them more effective for mass killing. And its not that difficult to change their rate of fire from single shot. Relatively speaking. the US is full of amateur gunsmiths.IMO There’s no decent argument for a citizen owning a machine gun. I spose they’ll just have to live with a random shooting as many people as possible because no governments going to be able to take their assault rifles off them.

They funded the tea party a decade ago just to win the 2010 midterms. This has been happening for decades via Koch.
This is so true. Imagine if people were as outraged when non Americans were shot by US citizens. You are referring to how many people over how many years in a population of how many people?
It's trivial.
The U.S. murders more innocent people in an average day when they aren't even at war with them.
The US anti gun movement only really kicked off after Black Americans started quoting the second and walking around their city streets with armed patrols to protect people from cops. Even today the same thing happens, hence orgs like the Huey P Newton Gun Club. It's not a big deal in the big scheme of things.
It's the sort of thing that fortunate idle white people indulge themselves with.
Who funds and trains right wing death squads like the ones in central and south America?I meant your other point.

The only point of full auto is to lay covering fire or to fill a particular area of space with lead and make it uninhabitable.Agreed mate, that wasnt my point,
Having personally having fired an ak47 on fully auto mode it really just serves as cover fire and with the muzzle riding up continuously your fighting it with every shot all the time wasting rounds. on the other hand skilled mark with a rifle on semi auto would surely be able to hit more targets at intermediate range than on auto so the argument is sort of moot.
likewise in close confines there is no substitute to a pistol ( or 2). of course here pistols are already very well regulated compared to long arms.
so again it comes back to the laws and people perception of what category firearms pose the greatest risk to the public. and like most fields the laws often dont always meet the reality.
And with regard to the round, the hollow point hunting rounds are also designed to inflict maximum damage to the target and is the reason why full metal jackets are an outcome of the Hague convention
One letter on paper carries more weight than 5 or 6 figures of emails allegedly.Forget protests, I have heard that letter writing alone is interpreted as 1000 votes at the ballot box.
If only more folks were aware of the power of a small committed group of lobbyists.
Yes and no. People do make their own signs all the time. It is when the signs are overly consistent I'm appearance and message.
The ****en whales are conspiring against us. That's freaky. You believe way too much in conspiracy stuff, will believe the conspiracy over the common sense, most times.
It might seem that way but are ****ing this place beyond repair.Seems a bit OTT but https://www.theworldcounts.com/challenges/planet-earth/oceans/overfishing-statistics/story

It’s not an overstatement to say that our oceans are in crisis. Warming waters and ocean acidification caused by greenhouse gas emissions; fertiliser run-off creating dead zones where there’s no oxygen for life to survive, and over-fishing are all contributing to the destruction of biodiversity...www.reutersevents.com
They’re going to punch on aren’t they?
Or its happened multiple times. You'd never know. They would’ve shot it down, then said the Chinese were attacking us..
Happened to be in the car today listening to Doctor Karl on Triple J (my companion is significantly younger than me); anyway, Doctor Karl was off on one of his impressive tangents, and mentioned that the water that had melted from the poles, had - courtesy of centrifugal force - concentrated around the equator and (again courtesy of said force), began to tilt the earth off its axis.It might seem that way but are ******* this place beyond repair.
Get used to eating jellyfish cos for the last 15 or so years they are one of the few (non domestic) groups of life forms increasing in numbers.
They are just doing their bit for the famine in Yemen.Won’t take much. 75 million of them wanted a second term of Trump. They’re already doing China are evil propaganda.
Hey did you see the Saudi’s (backed by the US) blew up a massive rice silo in Yemen? Crickets in the media.
Edit - It was a grain port not a rice silo

Now that, my friends, is scary as all get out
jsut thought i would post a video where some bloke actually explains the function of the bump stock, its a pretty well produced video to explain the concept, also the bloke does so in a pretty neutral presentation from a political viewpoint.I don’t know much about guns. It just looks like a machine gun, but I spose we can just call it an assault rifle if we’re being correct.
$1500 AUD for an AK I wouldnt call cheap but i hear you can buy flogged out ones in africa for cheap. and yes like untracable given the amount of clone manufacturers of them , the wifes .22LR even cost us over $600AUD and i wouldn't call that cheap. you can get a bolt action .22 at walmart for closer to USD100, now thats cheap, https://brickseek.com/walmart-inventory-checker/?sku=140596624AKs are cheap and easily available and most likely untraceable.
You could buy them in Sydney for $1500 (with full two clips supposedly) in Sydney 15 o 20 years ago.

Yes indeed. Like the radar detector/undetectable radar ping pong match or the ongoing synthetic cannabis legal stouch.Cheers. People will always figure out a work around I spose. If they ban the bump stock then I’m sure there’s another way to manipulate the weapon for a quicker pull and release of the trigger.
