He said he didn't get a fair trial @52 seconds into the interview. After saying he was confused by this situation before that. So a minute in and he still hasn't said Chauvin was guilty. Butr has cast doubt on the legal system doing its job.

He then said policing in the US isn't inherently racist, despite decades of evidence that it is and then said his country wasn't racist, again despite evidence to the contrary.

Then accused Floyd of resisting arrest even tho there is no evidence of that either.

Then started turning it party political. **** him.

We all know Biden's history, but its a bit rich to have a black dude calling one political side on their KKK connections when that black dude left the police force to set up a media company to support Trump who has closer ties to the KKK than Biden. One of Biden's biggest issues is that he is seen as the father of the three strikes policy - that ****en laura norda copper didn't bother mentioning that.

there’s also a difference between acknowledging his guilt and saying he hadn’t had the right to a fair trail.. he was saying let the judicial system do it’s job without political interference. As this whole thing was political from the get go... and it never should’ve been.

Biden/Harris ain’t fixing the system, you and I both know that. Any charlatans who are pushing that narrative are aiming for political currency nothing more. They are the worst, people in a position who can actually make change, yet do nothing..

honestly it’s time for deescalation and rebuilding because like last time, it’s only destroying those same communities that are suffering. There’s places that still haven’t rebuilt after last years riots.

The article SLF posted that k4e reposted upthread is actually a great example of non bastard policing. What the US really needs is guys like that fella in that article being held up as an example of how to change the way things work and get beyond this.

As far as this being political goes - its been political since Rodney King got off. In fact its been political since long before Mark Clark and Fred Hampton were murdered. Its just that its finally acceptable to the mainstream to acknowledge it now so politicians are jumping on board. Obama said when he was president that he was glad he didn't have sons cos he wouldn't have to have the "how not to get shot by the cops" conversation with them. Its better that Biden and Harris are acknowledging this as a thing. They won't do FA but other people are more likely to when they are acknowledging its a real thing.

Individual scaffold platforms on the hill for groups of up to 6 with QR codes to order food in advance so you don't have to wait in line. I reckon it would've been great to go there in the summer.
