I'm wearing a suit for the first time in about 14 months. Fair to say, it's a little bit snug. And I deliberately wore my oldest, most broken in "good" shoes but my feet are still f***ing killing me.

Deliberately? How does that work? I had a period when I went back to study whilst still working full time to do a electrical protection diploma and my fitness fell of a cliff. Wasn't helped by a calf that popped 3 times but it was more due to just not having any time. I suppose that's sort of deliberate but its not like I thought. Ahh f ck it iam gonna just throw any fitness to the wolves.

I'm studying and working full time. Had to give up the gym for running to be able to do anything fitness wise. Have to keep on top of my diet and often find myself only being able to drink two protein shakes outside of a pizza for the whole day. Had to make the conscious decision to just let it go a bit.

I just got sick of training and eating healthy all the time...saying no to a beer or certain meals etc. It drove my wife crazy. I have an addictive personality so I’m either all in or out. I sort of fell apart when I was in the best shape of my life and just chucked it in.

My diet isn't great, but I usually fit in 3*50 minute gym sessions a week hitting the main parts and then do core at home for 10 minutes a day (planking and such). I have only dropped only a bit of weight, but I have put on muscle too, so I cannot really complain.

Beer is a non negotiable for me. Even more so that I drink far less these days than 20 years ago.

My diet isn't great, but I usually fit in 3*50 minute gym sessions a week hitting the main parts and then do core at home for 10 minutes a day (planking and such). I have only dropped only a bit of weight, but I have put on muscle too, so I cannot really complain.

No training for me today as such bit I will be sore tomorrow. Damn horse jumped sideways as I was helping wife handle him and a buckle on his rug pushed into my leg giving a ripping corkey.

I don’t think they all knew what they were getting into but you’ve got to question the ones that went multiple times and definitely the ones that maintained the relationship after his first conviction.

Is it like a genetically engendered seed or something? There must be a benefit to it otherwise they’d just use normal seeds wouldn’t they? I thought it’s better to different seeds so then if disease hits the whole crop isn’t lost. I don’t know anything about this stuff lol.

Genetically engineered seeds and the crap that goes with them (pesticides, fungicides. herbicides etc etc). It all costs money that most of those farmers don't have. They usually require monoculture set ups whereas most small time developing world farmers use multiple crops, rotate crops and often provide most of their food.

GE seeds are usually "protected" by patents with agreements preventing farmers from saving the seed or re planting and breeding with it.

There is talk that there will be greenhouse gas emission controls associated as well, which means most farmers will be on the hook for approved fuels and energy sources instead of using wood from their own land or local commons. Effectively being locked out of the natural Carbon cycle by agribusiness, (usually owned and run by the same people/organisations that own everything else) even tho they aren't the ones actually causing the problem.

Gates is a control freak. As if he's gonna let people control their own lives with products he is associated with. We all know his business history.
