I bought a beer from a vending machine at Tokyo airport years ago.
No ID check, just cash in and press the button. I guess their teenagers are more well behaved that I was at the same age!

They are australian doctors and pharmacies.
Go to your GP and get a referal, there are tons of reasons.
Book an online or in person appointment, with listed medical Cannabis practioner.
They will ask you 20 questions.
Submit your application to the TGA.
If you are already on a special TGA approval for methadone or Pain killers, you maybe refused.
Then Pick up from Specialist pharmacy, (not sure in Victoria?) But you can have it posted out.

You may want to shop around first when inquring on price, they vary. $200 should get you a vial of CanniMed by Aurora (ASX listed MC) which has equal THC and CBD.
If you dont like the "stoned feeling" just get CBD with 1% THC
