Does anyone else here have adhd?

I've actually had a few mates in their 30s and 40s be diagnosed lately. All had a history of depression and anxiety, and some substance abuse, and the treatment for adhd has been life changing for them. None had been diagnosed with adhd before, but there seems to be more attention paid to it in the mental health field for older folks.

Yessss!! Once you realise it’s the ‘oh shit’ moment where everything falls into place and you go “no wonder why I’d overshare my preferences with men” lol but then you start regretting not getting a diagnosis when you were younger.

I got mine last year in year 12 lol it was early enough that I could apply for special consideration but late that I couldn’t get any privileges lol
