any experiences?

Not personally with the apartments but we all used to hang out at larundel as kids thinking we were mad dogs. Some bizarre stuff happened there.

But my parish is located around there and many non-religious people popped in to ask our priest about some things they were experiencing at home and every time he would guess correctly they were living in those new apartments or townhouses.

Yep that's part of it, that was Mont Park and Larundel is near the plenty road end. The uni owns a heap of those old buildings now.

If you're going to move out for the 'experience' then just go on campus IMO.

If you're superstitious don't go anywhere near an apartment located between Uni Hill and LTU.

I went to Greenwood/Bundoora, our school was surrounded by that shit. We used to go there at night on the weekends for a lark. They’re not haunted but for a while some people with severe mental illness would go back and live in the abandoned buildings.
