Sorry for the rant but I need to get it off my chest.

So because my store hasn’t opened yet I’ve been doing my training at a nearby store and there is this one girl who gives me the freaking shits. She is so rude to me literally picks on everything I do. I got taught to do online orders with a DL at the end to indicate it’s a delivery and then she goes “well you’ve stuffed the whole thing up now” ummm no I haven’t that’s how the manager taught me how to do them but okay. Then when the store is dead I try to be nice and start a conversation and she is literally monotone with me and says short sentences whereas with the other trainee she is totally different. And the fact that she hasn’t even tried to learn my name just makes me even more mad because she will click at me like a dog or go “hello hello” like in a rude manner especially when I’m busy with something. Like my first shift I loved it and now I don’t even want to show up. I try to take it on as ‘constructive’ criticism but it just rubs me the wrong way how she treats me vs the other trainee. Lucky she isn’t moving to the new store because I would literally quit on the spot. I have 2 shifts left of training (tomorrow and Friday) and I’ve literally had enough. I also now get the worst anxiety because I just don’t want to deal with her.

Just focus on what you can control and just focus on learning what you are supposed to. Anything else is a waste of time. Some people are just assholes or living in their own world.
