What did he say? I haven’t heard him. Just going off what I’ve heard people talk about.
He actually said his purchase of twitter was an attempt to extract the souls of people on twitter as part of some trans humanist immortality project but we all know its so he can tweet about more coups.

$44 billion is so much money and he won’t even notice it. Billionaires own all the media, social or news. Bezos has the Washington post, Musk has Twitter, Zuckerberg has Meta, Bloomberg obv has Bloomberg, cant remember the names of the 2 that have google. Cant forget old mate Murdoch. Spose that’s just what super rich dudes do.

Must admit it’s weird that people don’t like that Musk has bought Twitter, like who gives a ****? What are they afraid of? He’s just a nerd who’s into tech. The other weird thing is the people that adore him, what’s up with that? He’s a bit of a weirdo IMO.

Edit- the two that have google are Larry Page and Sergey Brin

The dude that does “soft white underbelly“ went and visited that inbreeding family agin. They live in a place in the hills literally called Odd. Pretty messed up but kind of fascinating.

Blue tick = "verification".

Musk said he wants a system of "authentication" for real humans.

That's different.

I'm no Bezos fanboy, but there is a HUGE difference between owning one newspaper and owning an entire Social Media platform.

Billionaires are ****ed.

Like all that worship of Gates during the pandemic. He's a campaigner. A control freak who uses his foundation to launder money and gain leverage over systems in the world. Buys up[ farmland everywhere and kicks people off their homes or puts such stringent conditions on what they can do - no more traditional permaculture, using wood for fuel or other traditional farming practises. Bezos - his business wouldn't let people go home or find shelter during a tornado. They died at work so he could make a tiny bit more cash. Didn't do anything to protect his workers while he made an extra 300 billion or whatever it was during the pandemic and heaps of them died of covid. He needs to be lowered slowly into a vat of acid by the families of everyone who died while he got heaps richer.

Etc etc.

The thing about Bezos is the Wapo blurb - Democracy Dies in Darkness - seems like his personal motto.

I’m pretty sure Bezos is competing with Gates for the farming stuff. It’s all ego at this point.

My god. Just watched the Johnny Depp testimony of Amber Heard taking a dump on his bed and I’m dying. It’s funnier then any standup this year.
Heards lawyers are pure dog shit lol. Did you see the clip of one of them saying Hersay to their own question🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I’ve only seen the testimony that I referred to before and that’s only because it was on a podcast. My stomach was hurting I laughed so hard. She’s got some serious issues.

Have you seen how differently they reported about Bezos after he bought it? It’s nuts that they can control the narrative like that.

But again; that's one newspaper.

I want to stress I'm not here defending Bezos. I'm simply trying to point out there's a massive difference in owning one newspaper compared to an entire ubiquitous social media platform.

I don’t know what you’re implying. Are you saying it’s better or worse?

Twitter has been suppressing stuff forever. Hunter Biden’s laptop is a perfect example. Shadow banning. Actually banning. Hopefully now there’s no more of that. And if there is then it’ll be no different, still just censorship, just maybe a different type of people will get censored but who knows. That’s the problem with censorship, everyone’s ok with it but eventually it just ends up in the hands of the ruling elite.

If they were medieval fuedal lords, instead of techno/media feudal lords, they'd be at war over it. A minor war, where only the peasants and a few spud knights get killed and they joke about it three years later at dinner in their cousin's castle.

So you're saying that Amber Heard dropped a big "Amber Heard" on Johnny's bed?

I'm saying it's far less egregious to own one newspaper compared to owning an entire social media platform.

I think this is the third time he’s visited them. Got to feel for them, the bloke who runs those interviews has helped them a lot.

The guy has fascinating interviews with all types of people. Has a lot from skid row in LA. His ability to get them to open up is very good. Basically all walks of life that make up the US underbelly, Gangsters, hookers, pimps, addicts, hobos, the list goes on. it’s pretty eye opening.

Check it out.

Soft white underbelly and the mob reporter are the two best crime channels on YouTube, though they’re both very different.

Soft white underbelly isn’t completely about crime, just people doing it rough and that usually involves crime.

Because elon musk is a rogue element. No different to rogan in that he is an individual that can't really be controlled. That upsets people. It wouldn't be an issue if he was in the status quo and was compliant.

Besides some data breaches the majority have been pretty happy with dorsey and zuck because they fell in line for the most part. As evidenced by the censorship during covid and the US presidential campaign. Sure they'll get called in every now any then and asked questions so it looks like politicians are doing something. But all it turns out to be is "unsure, I'll look into that" on repeat and nothing ends up happening. Regular people shrugged off any data and privacy issues and just say "well I've got nothing to hide" and continue to use the platforms.

It'll be a very different story for Elon. I mean he memes...won't somebody please think of the children!!! He has guts though because i don't think he'll be painted as this happy (slightly crazy) tech guy that wants to save the planet with his green cars anymore. All the usual suspects will come out and throw everything they can at him and see what sticks.

Already the MSM has stoked fear into the people and made this out to be this big scary thing. I find it quite humourous to see MSNBC and CNN quoting things that could happen, when they've already been happening for the past few years.

At the end of the day he sees potential and a way to make more money. Which in fairness is a real possibility. The paid subscription service he proposed would generate a lot of revenue. There is a reason why dorsey was ousted before, why he was voted worst CEO on numerous occasions and why the board threatened to remove him again...he has his head in the clouds. He was too busy with square, bitcoin (wanting to spend months in africa educating people), and doing yoga for multiple hours a day to really care about maximising profits. Elon on the other hand...i think he has 5/6 companies now all worth over a billion dollars. The man prints money.
