One astronomer mentioned it was like focussing on the equivalent of holding a grain of sand at arms length.
Mental.

Cam smith a ripping back 9 to win at st andrews.

Triple 000 literally weren't answering at points in the past few weeks. It's ****ed.I must say there is so much stress on the ambulance sector it’s so sad but at the same time frustrating.
First QTR of my game on Sunday a girl from the opposition brakes her leg the same way Will Powell did in a tackle. At the end of the game she was still in the club rooms waiting for the ambulance.
We have quite a few nurses including an emergency one for the childrens and she said it’s totally typical of ambulances to take forever to come.
FFS it’s so ****ed like the poor girl is sitting in a room with literally her foot facing the other way I felt so bad for herTriple 000 literally weren't answering at points in the past few weeks. It's *ed.
Come November I'll be voting for whichever candidate (probably greens?) offers the most funding for healthcare. And the healthcare system was still f'ed and dramatically underfunded before COVID, it's just significantly worse now because of it.FFS it’s so *ed like the poor girl is sitting in a room with literally her foot facing the other way I felt so bad for her
I've got close friends who work in this space (paramedics and hospital admin) and they tell me that ambulance ramping is out of control at the moment. It's ridiculous!!FFS it’s so *ed like the poor girl is sitting in a room with literally her foot facing the other way I felt so bad for her
lot of industries are in the same boat, glad for you that you left as its no fun being in that environment. it is sad regarding the bigger picture though, however ones own welfare comes first.Spent 25 years in health care many of which were in ED & ICU & left just in time
Had lunch with 7 former workmates last week & they said it is diabolical now & most of them are looking to leave
Our local hospital put out on stalkbook today asking for people not to go to ED for the next 24 hours unless really urgent as they are under the pump
there are huge fundamental issues regarding health, it begins with funding, the current model where you are forced to take private health insurance or cop an extra 1 percent levy taxed on your income tax but then get left with out of pocket expenses if you actually use your cover and go private rather than go public is completely insane.Come November I'll be voting for whichever candidate (probably greens?) offers the most funding for healthcare.
