Gradually decrease coffee and increase water! So you say you drink 3? Tomorrow try to replace 1 cup of coffee with a cup of water, it will be difficult just try to keep yourself occupied!

gradually decreasing will make your body get used to lower caffeine levels rather than cold turkey and the side effects
