I thought we'd been through this mate.

I am not saying our government will cede health policy to the WHO, I am saying we will sign the treaty that will give the WHO certain powers over its members in tackling future pandemics and the ability to direct countries in what response should be taken.

I appreciate the considered reply. My posts were focused on the Clive and mates position that we would be giving up control of hospital and health funding control to the WHO.

I get that politicians can’t live up to their promises if they get elected, but surely there should be laws against straight up lying.
There are, however they will never form a government to have their promises tested. They are simply there to attract a block of votes to use as leverage. None of what they spruik represent what they seek.

Virtually a trojan horse platform.

The UAP adds in particular are flat out lies. There was one about (dead set) if you use too much toilet paper in Japan a needle comes out the bottom of the dispenser and injects you with a microchip and then the government tracks you down and fines you, Do you want to save Australia from that? Vote United Australia Party.

Here’s the ad. It’s China not Japan.

Like no offence to anyone that does vote for them but I literally laugh every time someone mentions they like them 😭

I was in the break room and on the tv their ads were playing for like 20 mins and a lady changed the channel 🤣🤣🤣

I just voted and walking the gauntlet of the campaigners handing out the papers for their party and bloke repping the UAP looked like he was trying to disguise himself. Lol.

Should've asked him where his shirt was made.

Just another thing on this, think about it logically. They’re implying that China doesn’t want people using too much toilet paper to save money yet they’re spending unimaginable amounts of money to inject culprits with microchips. Doesn’t add up dude.

of course they are, they also claim that they can control interest rates, most people with an ounce of intelligence can see this but there is no intelligence test for the voting public. so they get their bloc of votes and then use this to lobby the majors. their policies are so varied and often contradictory so they wouldnt even be able to claim a mandate in the virtually non existent chance they got past the post.

but its moot because they are simply there to impress the demographic that falls for this kind of tripe.

Wouldn’t matter. When the towers went down, if Bush didn’t invade someone then he would have been voted out for someone who was going to. The problem is they invaded the wrong country.

Also, regarding the weapons of mass destruction lie, which is more relevant to this, people forge it was a lie that Saddam was also happy to have the world believe Iraq had them.

Maybe if the original invasion of Iraq wasn’t so successful the politicians wouldn’t have taken the second invasion so lightly and given the military the full force requested.

So many ifs and buts.

Like it or not. The US sent the world a message, if they bleed, everyone suffers huge generational consequences. Not saying it’s ok, but it is what it is.
The message they sent was that they aren't really competent enough to win a war anymore.

Just like Russia.

China will probably send the same message from Taiwan.

They all still have significant bombing the **** out of things power but one missile or IUD can **** up millions of dollars worth of equipment. Once upon a time tanks were iron boxes on wheels (with tracks) and a big ****en gun. Now they are worth millions and have all sorts of crap put into keeping them functioning. But they still get blow up easily.

AFAIK that treaty isn't binding to the point where it would force us to act against our own best interests. Its more admin shit to help countries within a local area work together to deal with stuff. Its more that the management infrastructure is being implemented thru that treaty.

Honestly I have much bigger problems with the WEF, IMF so called "Great Reset" and all that shite than I do with this.

have you seen their ad about legislating the interest rate cap "using the constitution". Its Pauline hansen and Clive and pauline even gets to the point where her body language is "You are a complete ****wit, i want nothing more to do with you." Its hilarious.

Do agree tho. hunting food is good. Especially with all the feral animals in this country.

Also if you hunt native species for your own survival you have good motivation to make sure they don't go extinct.

Afaik, it's 194 countries voting for assimilated action in the best interests of the global good. If the WHO think lock downs is the best action for its members, we are expected to heed their advice.

It's not coincidence that South Australia's new Labor government has introduced 2 years jail or thousands in fines for disobeying health orders with other states to follow suit.

This is the kind of policy that gives real teeth to an organisation such as the WHO, who imho are fairly toothless atm. The treaty arms them with emergency powers which we all know are always well thought out with excellent modelling...

These policies wouldn't matter as much if we had a Bill of Rights.

I think states would have done that anyway. The whole world is turning into an authoritarian dystopia.

Oh for the good old days, when Pauline's policies were to be funded by 'printing more money'.
