• Had stable housing
• Went to good (or even just half-decent) schools
• Had an opportunity to finish school and didn't have to drop out in high-school to enter the workforce to financially support your single mother
• Weren't surrounded by crime
• Had good access to health care
• Know your extended family
• Literally ever went on holidays as a kid, especially overseas

I had an incredibly difficult upbringing and I gravitated towards punk and hip hop in my formative years because it resonated with me.

But look at her social media if you want evidence of the deliberate approach she's taking, trying to suggest she was 'cancelled' by her manager and record label when the reality is that SHE left her record label (not the other way around) etc.
