just put on a batch of ginger beer,
this is the mk3, the mk2 was great but just a little sweet, swapped out a bit of the brown sugar for more dex to dry it up a bit,
1 can brigalow, 100g sliced ginger, 650kg raw suger, 600g dex lemon rind and juice of 2 lemons
Total sugars is same as last 2 batches, just changing the ratio of brown sugar to dex to dry it out a tad. Its also 1040sg aiming at a 4.2% finish. The ratio of sugar to other ingredients looks a bit high.

The moment you realise those mobility scooters are used mainly for lazy people and not disabled, is the moment you understand America. So that's why they're such a bunch of fat campaigners, so they can conceal their guns.
I'm breaking out in a cold sweat just thinking about how many of the porkers on mobility scooters at Disneyland were packing heat when I was there.
In all seriousness, there was a tweet recently where someone - British or Australian - asked why so many Americans feel the need to carry a concealed weapon so often. Most replies were from people saying they wanted to be ready in case someone attacked them.So that's why they're such a bunch of fat campaigners, so they can conceal their guns.

they never heard of flares? What a strange country.
people play tattslotto , its well documented that humans perception of probobility versus reality is poor.In all seriousness, there was a tweet recently where someone - British or Australian - asked why so many Americans feel the need to carry a concealed weapon so often. Most replies were from people saying they wanted to be ready in case someone attacked them.
The fact that hundreds of millions of Americans go about their day, every day, without actually being attacked seemed irrelevant to them. Also irrelevant was that most gun deaths in the US are from suicide, and the overwhelming majority of murder victims were known to the offender, ie not random. And the rate of firearm ownership pretty closely correlates to the rate of firearm death - ie fewer guns = fewer deaths from guns.
It's a complete non-sequitur.
interesting the only cell where there is a waitlist is around sunbury? We've got it at work because we can't get reliable service through any other provider.
