A lot of people on the ‘hit job’ side. It is ridiculous to compare him to Assange of course. Though I spose it’s similar to calling everyone a Nazi who has a different political ideology, when it is used so often it loses its impact and more easily dismissed.

It’s divided people right down the middle.

There’s also a some videos posted by some women who was alone with Russell and he made a pass at her and when she rejected him he took it well and they had a fun time together besides, people are using that as evidence that he’s innocent, as if rapists always rape when they get the chance.

The video that is most interesting though was posted by a woman who claims that she was approached by channel 4 and when she told them he was always a gentleman (paraphrasing) they weren’t interested in her story.

Whether he is guilty or not, this is still an effort to quiet him. It’s obvious that the women didn’t approach the police or the media, it was the other way around, channel 4 were looking for women who were willing to give them what they wanted.

A side from that its pretty crazy to think, the reason he got a gig on the number 1 teeny bobber show in the uk was he had a hit show at Edinburg, candidly talking about sex and drugs.
For most watching that spin off big brother show was the first induction to nudity and sex they had, with Brand commentating.
