flags are pretty meaningless and it always surprises me how people get excited about them, our protesters have to start getting serious and follow overseas leads and get on the effigy bandwagon,

Apparently he's going into state politics after being Lord Mayor of Perth and some people think he's a shit politician so it was probably political.

That deep fake stuff is a game changer. Soon we’re not going to know what’s real or fake.

Twitter melted down a few days ago over some AI pictures off Taylor Swift. They look real, but they’re so absurd that it’s obvious they’re fake.


Some countries want to make laws limiting the use of deep fake videos, but the cats already out of the bag I reckon.

The internet is going to get even wilder over the next few years.

There used to be feminists who'd protest rape in war on ANZAC Day but I think the Australian Gov and Army at the time took their concerns on and as a result those protests stopped. But this was decades ago so I can't really remember the details.

We could just move Australia Day five days earlier to commemorate the day Eddie Mabo died waiting for the high court to decide land rights for indigenous folks was something worth recognising.

Always think Aust Day can be floating, 3rd or 4th Friday/Monday so the date is moving but the public holiday can stay
