Do you understand what a 'pardon' is?

He doesn't need to be sentenced to pardon himself. He is literally already a 'convicted' felon. He can pardon himself. And he will.

"Come back to reality"? He literally campaigned on pardoning the January 6 rioters, and last time he was President he pardoned basically every one of his staff members who were convicted of crimes, including Jared Kushner's father etc.

The guy probably has printed up the conviction and stuck it on his wall.
It means jack, without sentencing.

Give me a break.

I knew someone who credited heroin with helping them pass a university degree with honors with the best marks they could get. Same person told me years later that heroin was the best anti psychotic medication they ever had, and the safest/least debilitating to their body. They died at 50 of multiple organ failure.

Criticise him for being anti vaccination generally if you like, fair call, but that particular bit was off.

All jokes aside ferball I don't really judge people solely for having drug problems. Addiction is a real disease and it's worth treating these people with compassion and understanding.

However, in the case of RFK it's not the heroin addiction that's the issue. It's the hypocrisy.

Convicted felons aren't allowed to vote. █████ is still allowed to vote because he's a resident of Florida and DeSantis has said he would allow █████ to vote. But that's not a permanent guarantee. Because he's a convicted felon, he's not allowed to own a firearm (obviously not an issue for someone with secret service protection). As a convicted felon, he's legally prevented from many government business grants/loans/programs/etc.

There's a whole range of things that being a convicted felon impacts.

LOL, go back to the last page where the judge said the case is adjourned, both lawyers agreed for this to happen.
figure out exact what that means in relation to this case, its not going any further, they're pushing for the ruling to be overturned, that will happen.

No, they aren't. In fact the prosecution has specifically said they oppose all efforts to overturn the conviction.

There's a big difference between 'not progressing to sentencing while █████ is in office', and overturning a conviction.
