From a certain perspective... sure.

Personally, I don't really care to hear the opinions on Israel's founding by a bloke who literally uses the phrase "the Jewish problem" in relation to Germany in WW2, and a dude who says America picked the wrong side in WW2.

It’s really not like that at all.

I meant the podcast

True or false?

Daryl Cooper is someone who has;
  • Used the phrase "the Jewish problem" in reference to Hitler's Germany
  • Said that the holocaust happened because Nazi Germany wasn't logistically prepared to deal with the number of prisoners they had
  • Once tweeted that America under FDR "chose the wrong side" in World War 2
Why would anyone who isn't a Nazi or anti-Semite want to listen this man's opinions on the founding of Israel?

He was quoting people iirc. Not sure about some of the other stuff because he’s a troll on Twitter, I have muted him several times. Something Jocko bakes him about all the time.

Still stand by Fear and Loathing in Jerusalem is a brilliant podcast. He literally breaks down in tears when reading accounts of Jewish people’s accounts of what happened to them during the holocaust.

The Churchill thing is on the nose, obviously, but he does thought experiments like that.

Has also expressed admiration for Franco and said that fascism is just what normal people do when the left goes too far. He's 100% a fascist.

It’s weird that got more traction than the post about IDF soldiers describing themselves as Nazis.

It’s in that Israeli news outlet I shared, the one that has the story about the IDF commander breaking the limbs of a 4 year old playing in the sand.

A large group of followers consisted of soldiers with no prior inclination to violence. Their behavior was most influenced by junior officers' modeling and the company's norms. Some followers who committed atrocities reported moral injuries: "I felt like, like, like a Nazi ... it looked exactly like we were actually the Nazis and they were the Jews."

"Instead of calling me out for being anti-Semitic, can we please get back to attacking the Jews again" is a bold deflection strategy.

Hey you gonna go ahead and change your forum signature yet? I mean you had multiple people explain to you how it's a lie...

Cool. But this genocide is both sides stuff is nonsense. Sure at the level of most congressional reps, absolutely. Biden, Harris, Blinken should be in the dock alongside Netanyahu.

But the only push against the continuing genocide is coming from rank and file dems and socialists.

The democrats in the US are not socialists.

Not by a ****en million miles!!!

The Democrats are in the White House
The Republicans are the majority in the House of Representatives (Congress)

It's Congress that controls weapons sales and funding support to Israel.

Hell, just earlier this year Biden paused arms sales to Israel and the House of Reps passed a bill to over-ride him.

Yes, Biden and the Democrats are much, much "closer" and support Israel more than I'd like. I'm not denying that.

But again, this notion that both sides are "the same" and that Biden/Harris are equally as bad as Republicans/Trump are on this issue is nonsense.
They're the same enough that if there was one they should rot in hell together.
