Is there usually a bit of a wait after you buy Bigfooty Platinum? Paid up 3 days ago.

Was just rewatching the Salmon-Ablett game from 93, and woof, there's some terrible umpiring in there. Ablett gifted goals by the umpires, but Salmon's last goal easily the most embarrassing. Umpires contributed 5 or 6 of their 24 goals that day.

Yeah, still do it occasionally. But haven't been running much recently because of recurrent blisters.

My best time was 13:21.

Jeez, that's not a bad time from what I have been reading! Craig Mottram (who, incidentally, I know - yes name dropping :p ) holds the record at like 10:12.

The reason I ask is because they have that run The Tan thing this weekend. I just did my best 10k time of about 5 min k's on Sunday (have been 'running' for about 6-8 months). Still not super fast but I prefer longer runs to shorter ones so I am curious how fast I will do the Tan. I will probably do it in the next few weeks after work to just give it a crack.

I am assuming you did it clockwise running up the Anderson St hill Doss ?

Yep, up the Anderson hill.

Incidentally, those who do it in reverse are shooting themselves in the foot anyway, IMO- in reverse, there's a lot of gradual uphill. Gradual but constant uphill kills you every bit as much, if not more so, than one steep but relatively short uphill.
