I'm fairly certain I had a similar experience last week, except the 'scare' was replaced with 'smiled and told his father I was Hugh Jackman'.

But that could've just been my imagination.

Was going to buy my friend a signed Ultimate Warrior poster a few weeks back for $55 but put it off as it had been there for months ... it's now going for $400.

I expect most wrestlers from the 80's/90's to die early unfortunately, usually heart problems. A lot of my favourites have died over the years, thank god Bret Hart is still around :thumbsu:

I'm not doing too bad in the tipping considering, I've gone 8, 7, 7, though the 8 is from footytips.com.au stuffing up (I think I had 5 or 6 in reality).

I haven't made a bet since round 1. I was on a crap streak regardless from NBA and NHL which carried over into round 1. Sydney losing killed any fun in betting for me, I had them winning by 24+ as the only failing leg in a 4 leg multi. I'm starting to get the betting itch back though have yet to give in to temptation.
 
nothing makes me feel better about my footballing prowess (soccer) than by keeping the ball off my 3 yr old and 2 yr old.... they just had my pinned in the corner and i kept the ball off them for 5 minutes! there were pull backs, step overs, nutmegs.. to them i am Ronaldo!

i used to take the dog on but eventually he would go in for the tackle and draw blood, plus hes too hard to nutmeg with those little legs...only gets fooled by the first few stepovers then goes in for the kill

but kids are faaar more gullible, no chance, ball on a string :P
