I heard today that 'solo synchronised swimming' was once an olympic event... and actually not even that long ago. :|

Yeah I think they do it in a lane though.

And there are 7 others that do it at the same time.

It's definitely a "specialist" sport, but can tell you first hand that the kicks aren't weak. At it's best it's poetry in motion. Doubt we get a medal in it unfortunately.
