I've just left the funeral of a healthy 42 yo man who went to bed and never woke up. It saddens me that his kids have lost their father. His 15 yo plays footy with my son and that's how we know them. Footy relationships can be special.
To all of us with kids and those who intend to have them. We are blessed.
