hmmm i think my brain has come up with an AFL rule loop hole, can somebody with rule knowldge please debunk it?
Ok scenario is, scores are tied, you take a mark 80m out, siren goes, classic schoolboy dream scenario.
Everybody goes back onto the goal line to shepard or keep the ball in depending on your team.
OK, what if a smart club devises a set play? it would only work once before uproar causes the AFL to change the rules on the run.. but what if
You station a team mate say 20m out. run in for the big kick but instead of going for the goal line, you go for your spare man who spike/punches it through for a score?
is there a grey area in what constites a rushed score vs off hands score?
