I went to a 24 hour IGA the other day, only one register open, no self serve.

Bloke in front of me, buying maybe three items, pulls out a jar of silver coins and tips them out on the table and begins to sort through them.

$50s and $100s >>>>>>>> that.

I'm pretty sure that it is already legal for a shopkeeper to refuse to accept beyond a certain amount of shrapnel.
