They made a lot of cash from AFL game days at Subiaco Oval, but they also translated that into a very well-run organisation and strong playing culture. Plus success onfield tends to help attract talent, as Geelong and Hawthorn could attest. Players want to win Grand Finals and think Subiaco is a club that can get them there.

Voss suffers from Sumichitis in my eyes, in that they are good coaches but their media performance can let them down.
