So does running straight to the bath room and having a cold shower. Do not recommend

Just had to lay down like a star fish for about three hours until the pain went away.

Did a hill climb run up a famous run named the Truth on Saturday. 5km straight upwards on a massive gradient followed by 5km down fast. Beautiful view but I still cannot get my calves working. Would have given anything for an hour walking in a cold pool after. Compression garments are just not cutting it and I have to do tri training brick work tomorrow at dawn.

When i was at the physio i heard the guy in the next booth tell someone that a little deep heat on the groin works wonders for sore calves.
