Had a leftover steak that was too well done for my liking (especially after heating) so put together a steak sandwich.

Unfortunately my own attempt at mayonnaise failed miserably like always but the whole egg mayo in the fridge sufficed.

Salty caramelised onions + tomato + garlicy mayonnaise + cardboard scotch fillet = YUM!

Sounds alright, been buying frozen beef burgers a lot lately and having them with cheese and HP sauce. Cheap and easy but the HP sauce makes it very nice.

Was anyone in the Northern suburbs unable to sleep at 2am due to a UFO? Not sure if it was a plane waiting to land or helicopter but it was bloody loud and doing laps for an hour.

When I opened the window all I saw was a ball of red light with a smaller flashing red light.

and what was your assessment of the Commonwealth games athletics? Oh you didn't watch it but I am sure you know it all. Any +ve tests? A couple and those very stupid. Marathon was entertaining stuff! I hope if I keep training with these kettle bells I will get to those amazing times sometime soon.
