Needed to get some sanding belts at the hardware shop today. Didn't have the right size but tried the next size down and they worked ok. Gee I love hardware shops and power tools. They had a giant sized rubber ball made only of rubber bands there too, it was damn heavy, very impressed.

I remember as a young fella being in the local Mitre 10 shop with the old man.

Managed to snaffle a half dozen of the tradies pencils into my pocket. Thought I was king back then.

Until the old man found out the it was off to the shed for a meeting with the old belt. Ah, those were the days.....

After playing 2d platform games on a green screen apple 2e, discovering first person shooting via Wolfenstein 3D was a total shift in consciousness for me. It blew my mind!
Now i just need to see a 3D film to take the next step..
After that..

Load Runner.. wow! Never did clock it, but gee, my Dad, my bro and I used to take shifts on that game and we got far. Aztec and Swashbuckler were another two favs as well as MV.
