Well, he's either up to something, or that's some wicked hash cake he's been enjoying.

Your election is sounding similar to the way the WA elections went, with the libs having to get into bed with the nationals to gain power and who are now sending families to the wall with their increases in everything they can get their hands on to meet the demands of the national party and yet the labour party who should be a thousand miles in front on the polls would still lose as they are ps week and have no spine whatsoever.
Gives a clear indication that nobody is happy with pollies and their weak assed meaningless promises.
Will norf still get their ballarat deal if brumby doesn't get in.

Reactionary bunch, they are. There's many a time when I think State Governments should be abolished.I catch trains every day. For 10 years I've been subjected to bullshit advertising about how they have a plan. They don't. They waste money and have conveinetly got an overseas consortium to run the rail so they can pass the buck. It's a disgrace. Myki is a disgrace. Traveling by train gets worse by the day.
Housing prices are insane. Then the government take huge amounts of money via stamp duty. I struggle to see my kids ever being able to afford a house.
No one really tackles issues like this. It's all bandaid, strategic policy to appeal to swinging voters. No big issue stuff.
Both parties are the same. They just differ on the detail.
I'm not voting.

We could move to a politicised municipal government system, like many other countries in the world. What would happen to our Sponsorship with Tas![]()

Too many levels of crooks taking too many cuts along the way. Perhaps the local seat in which Launie sits would administer the contract that would be funded by the Feds. We are in a national comp, after all.
Our political system is characterised by the politics of staying in power. That's what it's all about.
I hate it. Sick of it.
Just give parties 5 years each and alternate.
That way, they will only be interested in fixing the state rather than making sure they get re-elected...
