It was bloody obvious back in the "StKilda Schoolgirl" days , that the cops were being offered, and gladly accepting spotters fees whenever an AFL player was investigated. ( I can only imagine the Collingwood spotters fee's are highter than those of the media ).
At the time i observed.
Duthy had gone to her school and there was talk going around that she had slept with footballers from the sports clinic day. ( the principle was originally concerned that something had happened at the school while the clinic was being conducted )
The principle had heard it, and following procedure had called the police.
Then, straight away, the unsubstantiated rumours had hit the press.
I can't help thinking that Duthy may have had a far less troubled life if these scum had shut up and done their job properly.
Those bad cops don't care at all about any innocents, they go straight to the media. Should be instant dismissal.

Id say 90-95 % of police are fantastic , its the shitty 5 % that lets them down , and its just bad timing on behalf of the ones involved in sharing the photos when most have been feeling sorrow for the four who were killed in that horrible accident

We've been doing 6 hour days. 6am to 12 noon.
I've never seen our shelves so empty. There are still jobs in the rack but we don't want to touch them just yet because it means we would end up even more ahead than we already are.

I'm in the opposite to you guys. Sure, 4 day weeks so losing a day, company 20 odd% down, but I am literally drowning in shit to do.
Repair this, send that out, track that shipment, sign that doc, create that one, place that order, check conformance on that product, advise team on A-Z on 20K goddamn products and what shit fits into other shit and it's just me, nationally, because they had to let go of other people. So whilst everyone's going "how piss easy is 20% down" we're more "this is literally 40% more on 30 less and you're killing me here you pricks!"
That's even before you then get Joe from Dandenong saying "I spent $2 on a drill, Ima spend 30mins verbally abusing you because I CBF walking across the road as I'm a fatarse and use the drill for my noggin, fix it fix it you're shit."
I'm going to wake up tomorrow and at this rate I'll have yet another 30 docs at 8am to either create or sign off on to add to the 120 odd I haven't gotten to yet because of the other shit.
Mind you, also in the same situtation stock wise where "nope" that hasn't arrived yet, that's still in customs, that got refused, that's spending a week in Sydney as why not, that transport company is doing doughy's in the parking lot and etc so there's a fair chunk awol.

Just watching saints vs dogs in that epic final , god we had some great top end players back then , we had a fair few average players but the top 10 or so were so good they more than covered for them as apposed to now , we have bugger all in that top bracket IMO
