He instigated the NDIS as well. While that was superb politics, turning a non job (disability was State run) into a national issue, I found him to be charismatic and intelligent. He related well to people with a disability and came across as sincere. You could see he was highly ambitious but that came across in a positive way, you could see he would push reform through. His rep in Victoria is quite bad though, so none of that means he’s a nice person.I never got why people found Shorten unelectable tbh.
Bloke fought against work choices and was immense during the Beaconsfiled mining rescue, Only thing i can see was going against Rudd.
He just made 70 Billion selling "Fox Movies" to Disney. Yeah sure he's been putting all his time and effort into the Sun.
Its funny how many people don't realize how back woods Australia is in the world.

Murdoch's press has never been impartial , but he doesn't just choose sides.
He has supported Whitlam, Thatcher, Blair.
Sometimes it seems that he's aligned with someone for personal advantage.
Other times it seems as if he's mirroring the popular view, so as to keep the media he sells popular.
Trump ???

Rupert Murdoch backs winners. That's why he's dumping Trump
With Trump trailing in the polls, the Murdochs are looking to jump ship. But could The Donald ditch them first?www.crikey.com.au
Most of their money comes from selling news , which is why they like the sensational.
Gladys is gone, there is no way she can survive this. They must be holding until the Queensland elections over before standing her down. Her reputation and public trust are ruined. O'Farrell went for receiving a bottle of undeclared wine. This is more like being dropped right in the middle of a corruption scandal with secretive sh*t and deleted emails. Sydney Airport, gaming licences and kick backs.

Critical email deleted from Berejiklian account, ICAC hears
A key email to Gladys Berejiklian's personal email address was deleted when only the Premier had access to the account.www.smh.com.au

Australia Post boss' pandemic spending spree revealed
Australia Post boss Christine Holgate spent big on events and spin doctors while laying off staff and cutting pandemic delivery services.thenewdaily.com.au

The Golburn Supermax is a better place.Someone pointed out that she was responsible for selling a $750 million power station to private bidders for $1 million and now the federal government is going to step in and pay for it to be converted to a gas powered station on our purse. They did that here too, sold our utilities because they are expensive to upgrade, they use them until they are f’ed and walk leaving us to build a new one anyway. Politicians should all be sent to Manus Island, they are like a roach infestation.
I watched a bit of the inquiry today Maguire did his very best impression of the village idiot under questioning from Scott Robertson.Someone pointed out that she was responsible for selling a $750 million power station to private bidders for $1 million and now the federal government is going to step in and pay for it to be converted to a gas powered station on our purse. Gladys had also a presser about Covid too and it was a hell of a lot more tense compared to her pressers in the past.I watched a bit of the inquiry today Maguire did his very best impression of the village idiot under questioning from Scott Robertson.
It was actually pretty funny as he walked Maguire through his cash for visas scam, emails the lot and he was playing the Idiot. Haha didn’t work out too well as every time he broke character to try and save himself he was met with another email or fact from the incredulous Robertson.
Watched a bit of Gladys at her presser and that got a bit nasty too. She was playing the insulted, indignant premier who lives to serve the people of NSW and the press were smelling blood in the water.

This ICAC is destroying her.

Finally they fix their sh*t.
2 goddamn weeks of random "it's up, not its not, here's an error" and I managed to sign. Thank F.
Given "not to my recollection" was right next to "here's you on video, telephone, in person knowing things", yeah tense is an understatement.
My wife was able to sign straight away, I couldn't, tried 4 times. Went and did it on here computer and it worked. We both have the same lap top so WTF was going on I don't know. I had do a confirmation email though. Government IT departments are right at the top of fax machine technology.
The last campaigner at Aus Post was a corrupt lunatic as well. Who appoints these fu** wits?
TNSW for some reason didn't actually make up a set of standards. So they ended up with two different standards.Oh gets better they built a light rail up George St out to Randwick goes via SCG .
Their original light rail goes from Central out to Lillyfield past the Fishmarket problem is
one is Melbourne gauge & the other is Sydney gauge this means they run 2 systems on 2 lines.
They don‘t connect ...billion dollar stuff up.

They do corruption really well haha, I felt sorry for her today she’s obviously used to a bit more respect. My wife doing the ex lawyer thing was saying straight up before anything but Gladys revealing the secret affair that it would be ridiculous for her to keep her job. She was saying it would be impossible for anyone to have faith in her position with even a sliver of doubt over it. She won't survive, she's landed face down in the sh*t. I think the government will hold out so that it doesn't make any extra trouble during the Queensland campaign and then throw her out. Barillaro is teflon, he's going to outlast her. He'd be pissing himself right now. NSW has never managed to de-corrupt itself since it was a penal colony. You peel back the covers and it's like a termites nest.
The Liberal version down here would be the X'Trapolis trains on the Frankston line. They had the idea it would have been a quick thing to do. However the XTs weren't cleared to run on the Frankston line. They had to ensure the signalling would be visible(Different driving positions) and make changes. When they did finally run they had to have thier power limited a bit because the crossings were not set up for the much faster trains.Sounds like a Matty Guy special.
Come up with idea: "let's have trams!"
Buys trams.
"lets put these on roads!"
Does so, and watches failure as no planning.
"Where's that document so I can shred it? Just amend this line to..."
Trams move along road, chaos ensures slowly.
"Those guys have NFI what they're doing, I'm the leader now!"
Only his **** up was apartments instead of trams, and the failure was flame in apartments as opposed to sh*t traffic. But it seemed same school; we have money, let's spend it on this half arsed idea and change things later when it fails dismally.
