As I said I don’t read what people post on here. I laugh that they only look for certain things and then pretend to be objective or that only one group makes mistakes and the other never does. I will continue to laugh at them and not what is attached. It is actually hilarious. Do they have a hilarious emoji

I'm not sure if you are serious or not. NSW is letting Hillsong have big meetings etc. It will blow up again interstate. Andrews was just the man sitting in office when it blew up. Even you admitted the government of the day doesn't really make public health decisions. They might not have updated pandemic planning or didn't fund it as well as they should have but that is how they all roll. They look at what they can pull money out of and funnel into other more pressing things.

In the US they are f’ed because they have a public health set up to deal with pandemics and their government put in a group of Trump mates who were unqualified instead and they got what they got.

The decisions the state government can make is to ignore the public health officials and don't lock down. Overseas where that happened it has had a pretty bad outcome. I understand frustration and anxiety it caused but wanting to scapegoat the whole thing on one man is pretty ignorant. All over the world parts of countries have blown up and they worked together. Here we pushed it all back on the states.

I find it weird that you back Morrison where his go to is to let the states deal with everything and lay low in a crises. Ardern was front foot and out keeping the country calm and focussed. Here we got petty politics and blame. I'd say you are fairly heavily biased in a very Herald Sun/ Channel 7 way.

Mate I enjoy the banter with Plugger and respect his opinion on a wide array of matters, but on this particular topic you may as well be screaming into a hurricane. There’s no swaying certain people on certain topics and this is one of them.
Although I tend to agree re: the public holiday today, should be Monday for a recovery day if anything. A day off for a sports parade *before* either team has won anything is absurd in my book, but it’s just an opinion.

Interesting approach. Well I saved you the tedium of reading them. Nothing to do with party politics and everything to do with human cruelty and corruption on a massive scale. It’s understandable governments of all persuasions get away with this crap when people break it down to which political party they barrack for or against.

Well considering the person posting I’m shocked there was not one bit of political agenda there. Completely baffled. Even not reading it makes me think there was some politics at play but looks like I’m wrong.

What on corruption? I agree we are at loggerheads on Andrews. I don't mind, I prosecute why I think he's alright and you tell everyone they are ignorant and don't read the articles they post. It's all good fun. It's the great Aussie sport, arrogantly defending your own opinion pretending to be open minded while trying to convince some one with opposing views and just as much of their heels dug in to change theirs.

I think I'm pretty centre with a slight left tilt, you think you are the same but right tilting. It's all good I respect your opinion either way. We have so little control over politics you don't want to make enemies over it and you'll only drive yourself nuts in the process.

That’s fine for employees but there are some employers really struggling. They just get back to work and have 2 holidays in 10 days.

First thing they should have done is declare the public holiday on the first day of lockdown.

I don't think it would work for them.
We had a huge outbreak in a small area West of Melbourne, and just a few outbreaks outside those areas. In those few area's it was as bad as what all of Italy was when it was at its worst.

We managed to bring it down...but hell it was touch and go.

Europe is different, they are riddled with it. And they have a lot of high density Cities. Places like Shepperton are a village to them.

I don't really know what they can do tbh, except try to stop their hospitals getting overrun, and its still only Autumn.
