If there are any memorabilia collectors out there, some guy is selling Ian Stewarts Legends of Tasmanian Football trophy with his signature on the back for $450 ONO. Seems pretty good value to me. It's on facebook if anyone is interested.

It already is.
They could screen everyone with MRI's every few years and find problems. But MRI's are bloody expensive.

Hypotheticals:
A surgeon develops a new procedure, he's the only one who can do it. He can only do 50 a year, but 1000 people will die in the next year if they don't get it.
How does he choose?

Private hospital spends a small fortune on an MRI, they should then donate its use?

Kerry Packer needs a kidney transplant, suddenly his helicopter pilot is his best friend.

Have a good look most everywhere else in the world, our health system is pretty good.
I've been grateful to it on more than one occasion.
He teaches 20 more people to do it. That's the foundation of medicine.

Nearly watched 2 seasons already.
I thought the second season was alot sadder than the first. Some of the stuff had me in stitches though. I think you've got to be a fan of Gervais' work to understand his style of comedy. I love dark comedy and he is probably the best at it.

UK Office is hilarious too if you haven't seen that.

I've only seen season 1 (loved it) and you reckon season 2 is sadder? Fmd that must be some depressing tv...

He does a phenomenal job of switching between incredibly sad and incredibly funny. It's actually been done very well. It's a bit of a rollercoaster actually but I really enjoyed it overall.

I binge watched S2 in an afternoon and enjoyed it just as much as S1. One of those show that can somehow make you laugh and cry in the space of moment. I'm hooked and looking forward to S3

Has anyone watched 'The Innocence Files". I had to limit my watching because it made me that fcuking angry. The number of innocent people in jail because of shite evidence is astounding. I recommend if you like true crime stuff.

I see that the Seven's Footy Vault has the 1996 AFL Preliminary Final on at 7.30pm.
I was in Sydney at the time on a football trip and we thought we would "chance our arm" and deviate from the standard norm (drinking your own body weight in beer) and try and get tickets to the game. Not only did we get tickets but we got them at face value. The SCG is one of the best venues I've watched games from. You're never too far from the action.
I'm a huge Lockett fan and I was gutted when he left the Saints. I still remember jumping up and down like a madman when he kicked the point. Matthew Lloyd calls it's one of the darkest nights in Essendon's history. Now that's a bonus. Sometimes you're just in the right place at the right time. Brings a smile to my face every time I hear that game mentioned.

He's an incredible writer of characters, and a really fantastic actor. You watch all his TV shows, and each character is totally different and they're all very layered with nuances that you often don't get in other television shows.
