South Melb dimmies i hope , i do have to tell you the so called South Melb Dimmies you can buy at Coles are FAKE , Not the same item in my expert opinion

Are they at least approaching South Melb Dimmies? Where are they? , in the Frozen section or fresh in the deli?
They have to be better than the black and golds i've been keeping in the freezer, ( which are the same as birdseye etc IMO ).

Opps its Woolies and they are in the frozen section , not cheap at $12 for 6 dimmies , Plugger would go broke living on them .
Ps , that food shop inside the IGA at Narre warren north has yummy food

But they you can also go upmarket, they usually stock Grange in the bottle shop, and have an amazing range of cheese and deli products.

If the price is right , for sure , in saying that my local Chinese supermarket has nice big yummy dimmies as well much cheaper than Sth Melb but still very nice

That would be worth a trillion dollars if you subdivided it.

My neighbour has been trying to have my street re-zoned to allow half acre instead of full acre lots. That would be a nice little money grab on its own, though my property wouldn't benefit as much.

it probably will be. 80 quarter acre blocks at even $200000 each is $16 million. Even with sub division costs that’s a tidy profit. It might take years to be able to sub divide but it will happen eventually. I know a couple of people who got rich land banking on the urban fringe.
