I doubt he meant any harm in it, but that's not really an excuse. Fact is, she a professional trying to make her way in a male dominated industry. She should be treated as such.

But, not a hanging offence.

And- FWIW, I drool over her every night and my wife agrees she's sexy as all ****. There's a time and place for everything, this wasn't it.

But I thought it was pretty pathetic how all the commentators pissed themselves then later on after being told to pull their heads in; they act all holier than thou over it.

Tv is sexist as well though. Unattractive female tv presenters are close to zero whereas for the blokes it isn't half as cut and dry.

It makes it that much harder to take them as I hope they are - knowledgeable journalists when nearly every one of them is stunning.

Why is tv sexist in this way? because society demands attractiveness in women more than men - that's demands from both sexes by the way - a crappy part of reality I guess........now where is my pipe......

I think that the first set of stuff was not "fine", but it was quite amusing, Beautiful eyes, have a drink. But when it became obvious that Mel was very uncomfortable with it, stopping there would have been fine. Offering up, Don't blush baby, amd then continuing with the flirting/harassment just ensured it crossed the line between entertainment and harassment rather than teetering on the edge.

Douche part was he was just trying to look cool on air and when she reacted negatively he became a little degrading but a token fine is more then enough

Dude has a stripper pole in his house. In a stripper room, in his house. He took pics of it, with a woman in it, in his house and distributed to the interweb. Then he took a picture of him, in a bed, with a mirrored ceiling, that he dubbed the "hanky panky bed".

Don't believe it, check is instagram history. or hell, just google his name + stripper pole, hit images and be amazed.

If that didn't scream gigantic w***er and it took him propositioning a female reporter on live television for the general public to question his status as "dude or douche" than people need to reaffirm what they consider a dude, because he's firmly in the Germain Greer category of "do not want back in Australia.
