Bah, Shane Gould was cooler, only 15 she swam 12 races in 8 days collecting 5 medals. Then retired because "what could be cooler than that "
Then after not competing for 30 years, swam the 200 just 23 seconds slower than her 1973 record in the world masters.

The biggest thing phelps haul tells me is that there are too many swimming medals on offer.

Bah humbug I know, but when I think of how the ioc ripped up track cycling to reduce its medals when swimming goes on interminably with individuals having umpteen chances to medal each it makes me grumpy.

Russia went to massive extremes like cutting holes in walls

Most other drug takers are smarter and know what will stay in the system for how long and what it will do
I could smoke a cone now and test clean in 4 hrs at work, prob less if i eat the right foods
Yet someones been done 8 hrs after having one

You've got to know your body, what you put in it and it's shelf live

And no I don't advocate the taking of drugs at work
In fact I'm drug free

You don't get to the top unless you've dabbled
You can't get to the top if all those around you are dabbling...you'll never make up the gap

Whether Phelps is a freak or a cheat does not matter
He hasn't been caught
And its not cheating until you get caught

Why the **** he does the cupping I have no idea, its proven to have no health benefits what so ever

Normally I hate that sort of bullshit, but In your case i'd make an exception.

( I particularly hate flog TV presenters at the Olympics advocating people stay home from work to watch the Olympics. I can tell you what would happen to flog TV presenter if he didn't turn up to work. AND employers are either PEOPLE who you are stealing from , or they are businesses who will move their operations overseas if they can get the same work done cheaper. ( which has happened a lot , thanks for nothing bob hawk ya bum ) ).

Haha. Just go to Fiji Snake. Every time Fiji wins the World Cup 7's the Prime Minister of the day declares a public holiday. I dare say the people will be waiting expectantly for one now.

We all used to go to work anyway and just spend the whole morning in water cooler talk, then go home early.

Nakarawa is my favourite non-Scottish player of all time ATM. What a ludicrously good player. World XV atm alongside Brodie Retallick. Immense pleasure seeing him for Glasgow and Fiji, both sevens and the full internationals.

Hope you guys pick Ryan's successor well. The talent has always been there, as has the passion and the endeavour. The focus and psychological boost (he's an amazing man manager) he's provided to the team is immense. I remember watching years ago, and the consensus was that if you got the 3 try buffer against the Fijians, the heads would drop and they couldn't get back in. I've seen them chase down 20 point deficits with 4 minutes to go. Amazing team, and as I've continued to see down the Rugby Club, amazing people. Bula!
