Your wish is granted...Please Nintendo God make Double Dragon one of the games
Its getting worse snake

So, I am now back in Australia and let me just say thank the great googly for that because my sanity could not take much more.
Abu Dhabi International Airport I get delayed, here 45 degrees C at 5am, we land and it's misty as shit, how can it be that when you can't see 2 feet in front of you? I don't even. So, transfer to Melbourne is also delayed, because air traffic and loading and 2 seats in front is a generational portrait of some Arab nationality down from gandpa and grandma to 6 month old baby. As we are delayed the rest of us are getting to know our seating companions such as "hi 35C, I chose a window seat and hate it would you mind swapping?" to "sure, I love windows and you simply have a weak bladder, I know your secret batman!" to playing a game of "what's that smell?". Still on the plane stuck at the terminal, turns out baby decided that it did not like the food it was given, and projectile vomited all over the floor, and the parents, then when the stewards came around, decided to compound this by rapid fire diarrhea, 3 seats away the lady with the other baby was AOK, he was asleep and people were fawning at how great a baby he isWTFISTHATGODDAMN?
It's a 13hr flight. It was going to be a long flight.
So I had set my phone to Melbourne time to try and normalise my sleep patterns from England to Australia, and going by my clock, I had 4 hours before 1am and attempted sleep, which came in 25minute blocks between (audible baby cries mixed with vomit sounds and shit) and (audible muffled complaints about the remnants of this), in other words the stewards were combating this by taking toilet paper and cleaning the floor, then the parent was dumping them on the floor and watching as the used paper went slowly up and down the aisle towards the toilet. So I sit there with headphones on to muffle the noises and the do not disturb face mask thing because do not disturb I am zenning my inner chi between silent disgust at this family and opening the airlock and throwing that baby out whilst cackling like an evil bond villain as the family daisy chained out after it. So on approach to Melbourne, in the last hour I take the mask off, having slept a little and it was 5am ish, Steward comes around with refreshment and asks how I can have not eaten anything for 13 hours and how amazing it is.
...
That baby was 2 seats in front of me, last thing on my mind was eating in a public toilet with stagnant air you stupid woman, plus, I was trying to sleep, kinda easy to not eat when you're asleep. Learn some damned common sense.
So we get the customs card and there's mass confusion, the woman in 35B had NFI how to fill it in and me, being the helpful sort that I am, assisted her, got queried why I wasn't filling mine in on the plane to my response of;
Well Tulla International airport has an automated customs process for Australian citizens, which involves;
1. Fill in customs sheet.
2. Scan passport (state no, I did not visit any African nation) & grab automated card output.
3. Put card output into system, look at camera, verify ID and walk through gate.
4. Grab bag.
5. Give card and completed form to customs staff and walk through exit to freedom.
"it takes me all of 5mins as an Australian citizen to do this, no biggie".
Unbeknownst to me however, they changed the exit around since my last trip, so the exit is now a button that opens a wall into the lobby.
So I managed to stay awake until about 7:10pm last night, where apparently I muttered something about laying in bed and the sister apparently poked me with a stick about 20minutes later and I was out.
tldr; yesterday was awesome because I had pancakes, all day. All. Day.
It made me laugh because all the baby stuff is my life right now. All. the. time.So, I am now back in Australia and let me just say thank the great googly for that because my sanity could not take much more.
