Was a policy of the Labor opposition to scrap the money drain BS that was that Liberal folly.Play politics now?
Pretty sure they agreed to build the tunnel prior to when they were elected.
Also sure no-one was actually in fear of their well being during that debacle.
It was bullshit cancelling something that had already been contracted, and all governments could do it if they wanted to play stupid kids games and throw money away.
If the libs get in next election and cancel the railway stuff they are now building, would you call the current lot criminals.
Stupid expensive games is what it is.
Doesn't. Was contracted by crim Liberals in Canberra for crim Liberals in Victoria. Can someone explain how building a tunnel that bypasses the city is meant to relieve congestion of traffic travelling into the city?
Doesnt. Lined the pockets of the Tory masters at our expense. Can someone explain how building a tunnel that bypasses the city is meant to relieve congestion of traffic travelling into the city?

Even though it was certain they would lose the Kibs signed away 700 million.
If anyone should be on jail it is the criminals Obrien, Napthine and Guy.
Gave 700 mill to a company they never had to give
Typical Tory parasite theives.
Labor are the only ones who build infrastructure with a cost benefit and business case.
Torys give our money for bullshit projrcts to line their own profits.
Obrien should be in jail for fraud and deception. So should the prick Guy who approved buildings that now casts shadows over the Shrine.
No respect and just theives and parasites. Just like their stupid supporters
The guy 'mouse' who was killed by the young man a year or so ago near the Yarra was offered accomodation. a few years ago my daughter volunteered to feed the homeless into the early hours of the morning and would tell us that for some homeless it was their choice. You can only access accomodation if you were clean. Sadly some people couldn't walk away from the drugsYou find me one homeless person who doesn't want housing and then we can have that conversation.
This site has been all Drugs, homeless and politics the last few days.

St. Kilda defeated Western Bulldogs – Round 6, 2015
Despite both sides young and exciting lists, all the experts were expecting a Bulldogs win, such has been their exhilarating form of late. The first half went to script with the Dogs leading by 49 points at half time thanks to a seven goal blitz in the second quarter. The Bulldogs dominated the inside 50s 40-17 in the first half and looked on track for a monster win. Three minutes into the third term, Jake Stringer extended the lead to 55 points with his fourth goal of the match. But then seemingly out of nowhere, the Saints worked a miracle, piling on seven unanswered goals to cut the margin to just 12 points at the last change. They then went on win the game by seven points, kicking 12 of the last 14 goals. The final scores were St. Kilda 14.10 94 to the Western Bulldogs 13.9 87.

How pathetic are those things!
Petty Annoyance #3: finding a paywalled story about Paddy McCartin in the HeraldSun, then reading said story from a paper edition in the local cafe only to find it's quoting the Saints website.

15 minutes to people's journey? From where to where? You are still missing the point - the police are amazing and are doing the best job they can even with their hands tied behind their back. Melbourne is a great place to live and I've lived in 3 other countries in Asia and UK/Europe as well as travelled to 40 other countries so I've seen quite a bit of the world. However not all is well here - I particularly noticed the change when I came back from overseas in 2010. I dont like the nanny state and the over political correctness and especially the fact that our bail/remand laws are too lax amongst other things. Oh no we can't do this as 6 people over there might be offended. Well I'm offended that you're offended!!!
If it isnt the Govt's fault whose is it? You are probably one of those socialist leftie greenie types - well good luck to you then because all is not well. How about the lack of infrastructure for the last 30 years which has resulted in traffic jams that have added at least 15 minutes to peoples' journeys in the last 15 years? How about Daniel Andrews paying $1billion to get out of a project that eventually we will have to build anyway to cope with the increase in population? Just to be clear I'm pointing the finger at both sides over the last 25 years. The last decent premier we've had is Kennett and the last decent prime minister we've had was Hawke/Keating.
Oh but the statistics say everything is trending down so it must be the case....
Too bad we can't discuss homeless politicians. This site has been all Drugs, homeless and politics the last few days.

This is a bullshit line of discussion Joffa.
We could talk about crim Labor gov and their desalination plant, built at way more than the normal global cost of such things, and providing buckets of money to organized crime with links to the construction industry. People employed without jobs to do. Strippers performing in the workplace.
At the same time they built a useless pipeline to channel water from a place where there is a shortage of water to another place where there is a shortage of water, and likely never will be used.
Should the libs have spent money undoing it? Self defeating.
