Ive been planning on getting riewoldt once he comes back and drops a few $$$

However with barlow goin down my only beneficial trades are barlow to montagna or boyd. Montagna looks the better trade with the teams st kilda are playing in the finals.

Do you think Its a bad idea to have almost 25% of your team from 1 club?

It's alright if you have 4 or 5 players from a side who are in the top 4, preferably top 2.
The blokes you mentioned are all d/t guns, so there is no problem there.

I have Bartel, Enright, Chapman and Hunt, but I will be bringing in Ablett for Barlow this week so there's my 5 and I'm not worried at all.

I still have 11 trades left so if something goes wrong all is good.

Riewoldt could be a very sneaky and tempting buy towards the end of the year...... I love having him in my side and usually as captain or vice captain because he is just so bloody consistent!

Pretty sure the team remains exactly the same for the rest of the year as it was in its last round.

Thus, this team can actually still take the title!

Yeah well I've got 4 zeros this week and this week in the league match I'm up against no 1. I'm no 2 so I know I'll defiantly lose. I have a strong team and 270k in the bank and only 3 trades left. Saving my trades for later in the year. I've got a top 4 stop secured. ( Only going for a league win of course )

Oh fair enough, when going for league wins over overall points you must change your game plan to better suit you for a win (hopefully). Going for the league you may as well hold them off till the finals and do your vital trades then, with Barlow's current price you will be able to swap him to a gun any week you want so there is no rush there. If you were going for overall points however, I would have said you would be wanting to do the trade sooner rather than later since you do not want to hold off on potential points and since Barlow is a ~105 avg that would be a big dint.

Shaw kicking out, ump calls play on then he kicks it but no posession was counted. surely once play on is called it should count. He could run the the length of the field and kick a goal once play on is called without kicking it to himself. Why is this not a posession?

No, he'll get 0 pts as he didn't kick it to himself.

The ball will be called back and bounced at the top of the defensive goalsquare. If Shaw is that much of a moron to go all the way, then maybe -3 pts.

Calling 'play on' doesn't eliminate the need to kick to yourself.
