DT Analyser

Has anyone else signed up to this??

I have the free trial currently and although it is interesting, predictions purely based on past stats are a bit misleading!!

Examples;
Jolly - As he has a 15 against Carlton, it's saying his predicted score is 58 and is predicting he will drop in price by $50k over the season

Brendon Goddard - As he hasn't played a game against GC it's predicting a score of only 88 and saying he is going to drop in price by a massive $112k!!

And Josh Toy who hasn't played a game, they offer no insight at all into what he may score!!!

Seems to offer nothing that FanFooty doesn't and wants to charge for it!!

Will give it a miss methinks!!!

That's the question you're really asking.

Personally i'd take Knights over Gaff.

I'd put Higgins and Adcock in the same durability basket as each other and I think Adcock has more scoring improvement in him than Higgins.

Chapman vs Bruce is then a no-brainer.

I would take Chapman and Adcock any day of the week.

Too early to tell. It all depends on his recovery from it which we'll all be keeping a very close eye on.

Primus says it's a more severe case of glandular. I doubt he'll feature in the NAB cup at all.

At least it probably means that there's a good DP downgrade option for mid-season. (Fingers crossed).

my forward line has the lowest budget of all other positions, and currently consists of 1 A-grader, 3 midpriced and 3 cheap

the three midpriced are currently Mitch Morton, Milne and Mooney

i'm just wondering if these are good selections or if there is someone expected to take a big leap in 2011 around this price......

Has anybody tried subtituting DPPs yet? I can't figure out how to do it, it only give me the option to subsitute with players in the same area of the ground on the bench =|

Are Milne and Mooney good options? I would definitely say no. Both have averaged 70-75 through their team's best years so i don't see any improvement....only a decline. I would definitely rather buy rookies or a Petrie/Knights/Krak type and spend that money elsewhere. Hope that helps.


My question... will you get away with a 1-0-5 or 2-0-4 midfield like some did last year? In other words are there as many good midfield rookie options this year as there were last year?

You need to have matching pairs. ie a M/F in the mids and a M/F in the Forwards or a R/F in the rucks and a R/F in the forwards.

Player Prices

Can anyone suggest the best place to print out a list of all player DT prices? I'd really like to have something to refer to as I read through the prospectus. (Ideally it would also highlight the dual position platers.)
